A little bit about me…
Hi!👋 My name is Jules (she/they), and I am a queer, nonbinary, tree-hugging book lover.
I call the Pacific Northwest home—the forests, mountains, coast, and everywhere in between. I am especially fond of the mosses, the tidepools, the evergreen trees, and the never-ending rain.
Drawn to literature shaped by the natural world, I pursued a B.S. in Environmental Science with dreams of becoming an editor for National Geographic. To bring that vision closer, I went on to earn a Master of Book Publishing and Writing.
Then, life took a turn!
As an adult, I was diagnosed with Autism. Around the same time, a worsening migraine condition reshaped my approach to work and accessibility. Through this, I discovered not just what I needed to thrive, but how I could help others do the same.
Now, I blend my background in book and library publishing with lived experience to make written content more inclusive. From editorial work to digital accessibility, I’m passionate about ensuring that stories, knowledge, and information reach everyone. (And yes, National Geographic, my inbox is open!)
But enough about me—what’s your story? Let’s connect!
